The Journal is an important communication tool used to discuss concepts and ideas on ways to achieve better policing for our community as well as dealing with issues that affect the welfare, well-being and safety of police in general. Membership comprised from State Police and Federal Police , Crime Commission , Customs and Border Protection and Military Police. We support SES The Phoenix Journal is an important communication tool for our SES Members and Volunteers. It contains information on rescue and lifesaving techniques, bushfire prevention, water safety and road accident rescue.

96three FM is an incorporated, non-profit, non-denominational Christian community radio station broadcasting on a high-powered signal. 96three covers a large potential audience including the City of Greater Geelong, the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula, regions extending to Colac, Ballarat and Gisborne, and much of Melbourne. 96three FM seeks to ‘change lives’ by broadcasting hope and encouragement to our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Radio knows no boundaries. It enters prisons, hospitals, cars, homes and wherever human needs are present. We seek to provide a station that positively reinforces individual worth and builds up the family unit based on sound moral and Biblical guidelines.

Saving Grace Cleaning Services (CS) Terms & Conditions 

Safe Work Practices Policy Our cleaning company is committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees. All employees are expected to follow the safe work practices outlined in this policy.

Cleaning Products: Only cleaning products that have been approved by our company may be used. Employees must read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions when using cleaning products.

Personal Protective Equipment: Employees must wear the personal protective equipment while working. This includes gloves, closed shoes, and appropriate clothing. 

Ergonomics: Employees must use proper ergonomic techniques when cleaning. This includes lifting properly and using cleaning tools that are appropriate to the height and strength of each person.

Hazardous Waste: Hazardous waste must be disposed of according to local, state, and federal regulations. Employees must not attempt to clean up or dispose of hazardous waste without notifying the owner of the company. All employees must undergo a 6-month training schedule before allowed to attend to jobs or use products and equipment autonomously. 

Cleaning Methods Policy Our cleaning company uses the following methods for cleaning: 

Product Application: Cleaning products must be applied according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Trained will be provided. 

Cleaning Tools: The following cleaning tools are to be used: brooms, dustpans, mops, and vacuum cleaners. Carpet cleaning tools, spot-cleaning cloths and other such items shall be used as needed. Tools and equipment are disinfected between each clean and sterilised overnight. 

Customer Service Policy Our cleaning company is committed to providing excellent customer service. Employees are expected to be professional and courteous at all times. Employees should always greet the customer upon arrival and inform the customer when leaving (if cleaning during working hours).

Complaint resolution: All complaints must be resolved in a timely manner. If the employee is unable to satisfy any customer complaint, the issue is to be reported to management for resolution. 

Feedback: Customers will be asked to provide feedback on the quality of our services. 

Payment Policy At Saving Grace CS, we take pride in providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients. To ensure a smooth and transparent payment process, we have established the following payment terms: 

Payment Schedule: Payment is due within 24 hours following the completion of the cleaning service. We accept payments via  electronic transfer. Late Payments: Any payment received after the due date will be considered late and may be subject to a late payment fee. Late payment fees will be calculated at 10 percent of the outstanding balance per 7 days. 

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the notice is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied. 

Billing Disputes: If you have any questions or concerns regarding your billing statement, please get in touch with us immediately. We will work with you to resolve disputes or errors as quickly and efficiently as possible. We value our clients and strive to provide the best cleaning services in a professional and timely manner.
