Yes. Our team members are fully insured, and we complete police checks as part of our onboarding process. We also provide ongoing training to ensure services are delivered safely, respectfully, and to a consistent standard.
We understand plans can change. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Where sufficient notice is provided, we’ll happily move your booking to a new time. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover allocated time and travel-any applicable details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
We take privacy and security seriously. If you’re not home during the service, we can arrange a secure access method (e.g., key handover, lockbox, or agreed entry instructions). We follow strict confidentiality expectations, & your property & personal belongings are treated with respect at all times. Alarm codes & access details are only used as authorised & are not shared.
Yes. For your peace of mind, we are fully insured, GST registered, & hold a current Labour Hire Licence.
Our Labour Hire Licence is mandatory for businesses supplying staff to commercial workplaces & demonstrates our commitment to operating professionally, ethically, & in compliance with Victorian regulations.
